Provide a holistic health approach and to help our residents and the Central Ohio community maintain the highest practical level of functioning and independence.

Welcome to the WELLness Center at Wesley Glen, a 20,000 square foot LEED certified green facility dedicated to health and wellness activities for Wesley Glen residents and the Central Ohio community.

WELLness Center Features

  • The center piece of the WELLness Center is our heated, indoor lap pool. A two-story atrium houses the four-foot deep pool heated at a comfortable 87 degrees. The pool is available for swimming laps, water aerobics, and relaxing.
  • We also offer the HydroWorx® Pool. Features include moveable, underwater treadmill, resistance and jet technology, and a computerized underwater camera recording system.

Our 24-Hour Fitness Center

  • State of the art strength training equipment
  • Cybex treadmills and bikes
  • SciFit recumbent and upper body cycle
  • NuStep Seated Stepper, free weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls
  • Equipment was designed for ease-of-use and is adaptable for all fitness levels

We offer functional and fitness assessments and personal training sessions. Our trained staff will help you customize a fitness program to meet your goals.
