Wesley Glen Receives Holleran Highest Honors
(Reynoldsburg, OH)— For the second year in a row, Wesley Glen Retirement Community received Holleran Highest Honors in recognition of their outstanding efforts in providing the highest levels of engagement to their Independent Living residents.
Wesley Glen’s exemplary Fulfillment and Well-Being scores placed them in the 98th percentile of the Holleran National Benchmark.
The third-party survey company, Holleran, is a leader in measuring the engagement and satisfaction of residents. They measure four key factors: 1) encouraging residents to find meaning in their life; 2) ability to maintain aspects of their life from before coming to the community that is important; 3) help in living the life they want; and 4) feeling appropriately challenged and stimulated living at the community.
“We are proud to have received the highest honor for the second year in a row,” states Dawn Schaffner, Chief Operating Officer for The Wesley Communities. “Our staff works hard to help our residents lead a meaningful life and it shows.”
Wesley Glen, located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio has put even more emphasis on social interaction between residents and staff. Wesley Glen continues to increase lines of open communication between employees and residents, outside of their typical departments.
Schaffner explains, “We encourage residents and staff to interact with each other and spend quality time with one another inside and outside of work.”
