(Columbus, OH)— The Healthy Business Council of Ohio (HBCO) will recognize 111 Ohio employers for healthy worksite practices during the 16th annual Healthy Worksite Awards presentation. Among the recipients being honored is The Wesley Communities.
Each year, Wesley Glen Retirement Community offers employee seminars on an array of topics that are beneficial to our staff and their career growth. The most recent one was “Experience the Wesley Way – Visitor and Vendors Experience,” a customer-service focused presentation reminding our staff that every day, they can make a difference through providing exceptional care and kindness.
For the second year in a row, Wesley Glen Retirement Community received Holleran Highest Honors in recognition of their outstanding efforts in providing the highest levels of engagement to their Independent Living residents.

As a Life Plan Community, Wesley Glen Retirement Community is proud to provide a high level of care and service. For the third year in a row, Wesley Glen’s Assisted Living and Memory Care was rated deficiency-free by an inspection administered by the Ohio Department of Health.
Residents, families and staff at The Wesley Communities joined together at the 2018 Walk to End Alzheimer’s. The team, “The Wesley Way,” successfully raised over $3,600 to support the Alzheimer’s Association.
For the month of June, Wesley Glen Retirement Community residents, along with Sunapple Studio artists have been working together to create a collaborative art project.
