Wesley Glen Retirement Community received Holleran Highest Honors

(Reynoldsburg, OH)— Wesley Glen Retirement Community received Holleran Highest Honors in recognition of their outstanding efforts in providing the highest levels of engagement to their Independent Living residents.

Holleran measures Fulfilment on four key factors: 1) encouraging residents to find meaning in their life; 2) ability to maintain aspects of their life from before coming to the community that are important; 3) help in living the life they want; and 4) feeling appropriately challenged and stimulated living at the community.

Wesley Glen’s exemplary Fulfillment domain mean score was 4.48, which places them in the 99th percentile of the Holleran National Benchmark.

Wesley Glen, located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio has capitalized on the social model of interaction between employees and residents through various efforts. Wesley Glen has continued to increase lines of open communication between employees and residents, outside of their typical departments.
