To provide quality housing, healthcare and services to seniors in an intentionally Christian community,
on a firm financial foundation, through effective strategic planning.
The original purpose statement remains the same, of course, but as we broke ground for the new Wellness Center at Wesley Glen last November, the “Wellness” part of ministry here at Methodist ElderCare began to take additional shape and become a reality. This Wellness Center is the result of years of visioning and planning. It is very exciting to finally watch the project develop! View rendering of the completed project below.
At this point, we are near the fundraising goal of $1,000,000, with Wesley Glen meeting the $600,00 goal, and Wesley Ridge has 62% of the $400,000 goal and has set a new goal of $800,000. We are thankful to all of the donors. You are truly a very real part of both the Wellness Center at Wesley Glen and the Wesley Ridge proposed expanison. Both projects will benefit residents who are here now, and those who will be here for generations to come.
The Wesley Ridge addition is moving along in the planning stages. Below are an artist's renderings of the proposed addition that will include a chapel, nursing beds and a rehab area.
