Life Center provides adult day services where seniors and adults with disabilities receive individualized plans of daytime care with therapeutic activities and socialization in a well-supervised environment.
Clients maintain their maximum health and wellness while the family caregiver is relieved of care giving responsibilities for as many days per week as needed.
The Daily Fee Includes:
- Nutritious lunch and snacks
- Registered nurses supervise programs with high caregiver
to client ratio
- Medication administration, and assistance with special
medical needs
- Social work services with education programs and advocacy for clients and families
- Caring environment for your loved one, while you are relieved of caregiving responsibilities
- Stimulating activities, trips and education programs tailored to each client's needs
- Rehabilitative programs include physical, occupational and speech therapy and podiatry care for an additional charge
- Financial assistance available
- Special Care program designed to meet unique needs of those with dementia, with Behavioral Neurologist available
- Personal transportation to and from your home available within a specified radius for an additional charge
- Bathing services in spacious wheelchair-accessible facilities available for an additional charge
